  • HOW DO I MANAGE MY SUBSCRIPTION?

    You can easily cancel or change your "Subscribe & Save" NOLÉ Auto-Ship subscription at any time. To cancel or change your active subscription, please do one of the following:

    • Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.

    • You can also reach out to us at hola@nolecare.com at any time - the NOLÉ Support Team would be happy to assist you with managing your subscription.

  • WHAT IF I DONT LIKE IT?

    Simply shoot us an email at hola@nolecare.com and we’ll send you a new formula or cancel your subscription. But don’t worry, this literally has never happened 😉.

  • HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

    All orders are shipped out from our East Coast facility via FedEx, USPS, UPS or DHL. Shipping normally takes 2-5 business days depending on your region. For international orders, please allow 7-21 business days for delivery.
