What happens if you don’t like your Nole? 

If for any reason you’re not into your bar, needless to say we’ll be super bummed. But don’t fret, we stand by our products.

Simply email us at hola@nolecare.com with what went wrong (really, we want to know). We’ll give you the option of trying a different formula or a full refund. 

Please note: 

  • Returns must be initiated within 60 days of delivery to receive a full refund. 
  • Items eligible for return must provide proof of purchase directly on nolecare.com. We are unable to process returns on Nole products purchased from other retailers.
  • This guarantee only applies to shampoo and conditioner bars.
