Waiting is hard, we know. Here’s what to expect:
You’ll receive an email with your confirmation number when you submit an order. Then, within 1-3 days, you’ll receive a second email with your tracking information.
If you’re in the U.S, you should receive your order within 3-7 business days.

What happens if you don’t like your Nole?
If for any reason you’re not into your bar, needless to say we’ll be super bummed. But don’t fret, we stand by our products.
Simply email us at hola@nolecare.com with what went wrong (really, we want to know). We’ll send you a return label so you can send us back your used or unused bar, and we’ll give you a full refund minus the cost of return shipping to your original payment method.
Please note:
- Returns must be initiated within 60 days of delivery to receive a full refund.
- Items eligible for return must provide proof of purchase directly on nolecare.com. We are unable to process returns on Nole products purchased from other retailers.
- This guarantee only applies to shampoo and conditioner bars.
