Citrus for Oily Hair Set

Love how easily it foams. A little goes a long way. I feel like I’m reducing my plastic use, so that is also a plus. Looking forward to continuing my use with these products & seeing my hair improve as well.

I’ve tried a couple different bars, just to find the right formula, and this is ✨the one✨

I got the shampoo bar a second time and swapped the curly hair conditioner for this one based on another review and it works so much better for my curly (loose curls, type 2b-2c) hair. I use it as a mask - ie, lightly towel dry, apply conditioner, and then keep it on at least 5 min and rinse with cool water. I usually still need some curl creme and a mousse, but it doesn’t weigh down my curls and leave a residue like most of the curl bars I’ve tried. And my scalp feels great!

I have used this product for a couple years now and really like it. This time the conditioner bar was not the same. Having tried other products, I know I was sent the oily hair conditioner but the product was in the coconut frizz box. I reached out to customer service, letting them know of this problem. They reached back out to me and basically gaslit me telling me that I was wrong and that it was the same product, but sometimes can smell the same since it had similar ingredients despite there being very distinct difference between the two bars. I was told that they would send me one new bar, the correct product despite having received two wrong products. It has been nearly a month since I reached out to them and I have yet to receive the bar in place for the wrong productS being sent to me. I reached out back to them twice without response. It sucks because I really like this product, but I think I’m going to have to look elsewhere since I’m receiving the incorrect product and then had less than satisfactory interactions with customer service
